Job summary

Mills Recruitment, partnering with a global battery technology and energy storage solutions provider, seeks a Senior After-Sales Service Engineer to support its AIDC business across Southeast Asia. The role is remote-based with significant regional travel, ideal for an experienced engineer who solves complex issues and collaborates with customers.

The candidate will own after-sales support for AIDC projects across Southeast Asia, respond to critical site issues, and ensure reliable ESS

Qualifications

Energy storage (ESS) after-sales/service experience is mandatory.
4+ years of relevant energy storage product experience.
3+ years of local overseas work experience.
AIDC after-sales experience in Malaysia or Thailand is preferred.
Willing to travel 40% or more across Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

Lead after-sales technical support, troubleshooting and emergency response for AIDC and energy storage sites.
Deliver technical and service standards training to customers and regional service providers.
Conduct customer visits, capture VOC feedback and turn insights into product and service improvements.
Coordinate site inspections, preventive maintenance, defective product analysis and repairs.
Manage regional service providers, spare parts, tools and equipment to maintain service quality and responsiveness.
