Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Service Engineer in Malaysia to provide after-sales technical and services support, including installation, testing, commissioning, and repairs. You will maintain records, coordinate with engineering, and support service contracts with a customer-centric approach.

You will contribute to continuous improvement, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure quality standards are met while delivering high-value service to diverse markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 3 years of field experience in service or testing.
• Understanding of selling techniques and Eaton's capabilities.
• Knowledge of products, markets channels and associated applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales technical and services support including installation, testing, commissioning, repair, and upgrades.
• Maintain records and coordinate with design management to resolve technical issues.
• Act as single point of contact for specific service contracts and drive additional sales.
• Ensure 24x7 standby services through a rotational duty schedule.
• Represent the company in customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
