Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Senior AD Manager to lead the Active Directory operations team across the region. You will oversee AD deployment, security, and performance, acting as the escalation point for incidents while coordinating with infrastructure and security teams to optimize configurations.

The role requires 7+ years in IT with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity, plus a Bachelor’s degree in IT and relevant certifications. Multilingual applicants are welcome.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a managerial position with regional coverage.
• Hands-on experience with AD infrastructure and related components.
• Ability to manage budgets, on-call duties, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor AD administrators and support engineers for efficiency.
• Oversee deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Active Directory services.
• Act as escalation point for AD incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Implement security and compliance practices for identity management and access.
• Monitor performance and optimize AD configurations with cross-team collaboration.
• Manage budget and resources, ensuring SLA alignment with providers.
