Job summary

Dentsu is a global leader in growth and transformation seeking an Accounts Payable Executive/Senior Executive to manage day-to-day AP operations, ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time. You will work with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and finance teams to keep AP activities smooth and compliant.

Your day-to-day includes reviewing invoices, reconciling accounts, resolving queries, and supporting month-end close while seeking process improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, finance operations, or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable activities incl. invoice processing, payment preparation, vendor account maintenance and timely recording.
• Review invoices and supporting docs, approvals, coding, and compliance with policies.
• Perform vendor account reconciliations and resolve invoice/payment queries with stakeholders.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities and audit prep.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and controls.
