Job summary

Dentsu is hiring an Accounts Receivable Executive in Kuala Lumpur. You will support daily AR operations, ensuring timely invoicing and orderly billing while collaborating with internal teams and clients to resolve payment issues.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• 1–2 years in Accounts Receivable or finance operations.
• Good understanding of AR processes and collection activities.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP/finance systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and issue customer invoices accurately and within timelines.
• Monitor AR balances and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Review billing records, investigate discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams.
• Perform regular account reconciliations and support month-end closing activities.
• Maintain AR records and support process improvements and reporting.
