Job summary

Adenland Group Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced accountant to maintain daily account transactions and manage the full set of accounts. You will handle accounting system operations, bank reconciliations, and GL analysis, supporting management accounts and financial reports.

Interaction with auditors, tax agents and the company secretary is expected. The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in property development accounting, formal accounting qualifications, and strong English, Bahasa Malaysia, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years working experience preferably in the property development industry.
• Possess at least O level certificate, Diploma, Degree in accounting or equivalent accounting qualification.
• Computer literate and able to handle Microsoft Office and Word.
• Willing to work independently.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin - written and spoken.
• Strong accounting knowledge and familiar with computerized accounting system, IFCA and Autocount accounting.
• Good working attitude, hardworking and discipline.
• Experience in development accounts will be given priority.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily account transactions and handle full set of accounts.
• Handle all necessary accounting system operations.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and analysis of general ledger accounts, expenses and development expenditure.
• Assist and support in the preparation of management accounts and financial reports.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary.
