Job Purpose

Key person in consolidatingand reporting on accounting matters for the Group as well as reviewer for theHolding Company daily accounting and finance matter.

Job Responsibilities

• Checking ontreatment of accounting transactions and review full set account for holdingand subsidiary companies, which also include compliance to accountingstandards, Companies’ Act and other relevant regulatory.
• Preparation ofGroup consolidation and financial reporting of the Group for internalManagement as well as for submission to external parties such as Bursa.
• Checking andprepare financial analysis for the Group.
• Preparation ofGroup financial statements and assist in preparation and checking of annualreports.
• Checking andpreparation of financial information for the Group.Continuous updateson development of accounting standards, Companies’ Act, other relevantregulatory and industry updates, which include planning and execution wherenecessary.
• Reviewing and monitoringfinancial performance, cashflow and inter-company transactions.
• Checking dailyoperation works done by Accounts Executive such as collection, bank-in andcheques issued are recorded and updated to the respective bank accounts.
• Checking forpayment of accounts and transfer of funds.
• Checking Groupinter-company transactions documentation and schedule such as admin fee andinterest income.
• Preparing andmonitoring of financial projections.
• Checkingcollection, bank-in and cheques issued are recorded and updated to therespective bank accounts.
