Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of working experience in accounting roles.
• Familiar with accounting software and proficient in Excel.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily bookkeeping and data entry using accounting software.
• Issue and manage invoices, receipts and payment vouchers.
• Track and reconcile accounts receivable and payable.
• Perform monthly closing and prepare financial reports.
• Maintain organized filing of accounting documents and records.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and banks as required.
• Conduct stock takes.
• Support management with ad-hoc tasks.
