Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to manage the full set of accounts, from general ledger to financial reporting. You will ensure accurate transaction recording, perform reconciliations, and oversee month-end and year-end closings.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of hands-on experience, strong accounting knowledge, and proficiency with accounting software and Excel. The role emphasizes accuracy, independence, and timely delivery of financial information.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably with hands-on full-set accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient with accounting software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own the full set of accounts, covering General Ledger, AP, AR and Bank/Cash.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports and account schedules.
• Take charge of month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Perform bank, balance sheet and inter‑company reconciliations.
• Support audits by providing accurate schedules and information.
• Look for process improvements and assist junior team members.
