Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage full set accounts, including AP, AR and GL, with monthly closing and reporting duties. The role ensures accurate records, timely processing, and preparation of schedules and reconciliations.

You will monitor receivables, assist with audits, support SST and tax compliance, and look for process improvements across accounting workflows.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in full set accounts.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set accounts including: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL).
• Perform monthly closing activities and prepare financial reports.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely transaction processing.
• Prepare account schedules, reconciliations and supporting documents.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and payment status.
• Assist with audit preparation and liaise with auditors when required.
• Support SST, tax-related matters and statutory compliance activities.
• Review accounting processes and suggest improvements.
