Our client NJRP(M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to join their team. The role covers end-to-end accounting from day-to-day bookkeeping to month-end closing, statutory compliance, and audit coordination.

You will handle AP/AR/GL, payroll, tax, and financial analysis, collaborating with auditors and tax agents as needed. We are looking for a diploma or higher in accounting with 3+ years of full-set accounts experience, strong Excel skills, and proficiency in English and Malay.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor-level or diploma with accounting focus; 3+ years of full-set accounts experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of Malaysian accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and accounting software to manage daily tasks effectively.
• Good command of English and Malay for stakeholder liaison.

Aufgaben

• Own full set of accounts, including AP, AR, and GL, with accurate records and documentation.
• Perform monthly bank, supplier, customer, and inter-company reconciliations.
• Drive month-end and year-end closing, including preparation of management reports and schedules for audits.
• Support payroll processing and statutory payments; assist with tax computations and liaise with auditors.
• Provide financial analysis, variance reports, and insights to improve cost control and cash flow.
• Contribute to internal control improvements and maintain compliant accounting procedures.
