Job summary

KOTHREE GROUP SDN BHD is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage the full set of accounts, including AP, AR and GL, with month-end closing and bank reconciliations. You will maintain client account records and assist with auditing and statutory reporting.

The role requires a degree in accounting (ACCA preferred), at least 2 years of relevant experience, and familiarity with QuickBooks or Autocount. You should have strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Able to handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL).
• Minimum Degree in Accounting / ACCA.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field with full set of accounts.
• Experience in QuickBooks or Autocount software will be an advantage.
• Prior audit experience will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication, interpersonal skill and administrative skills.
• Good team player and positive attitude.
• Able to work independently and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full sets of accounts for the business entity.
• Process AP, AR, bank reconciliation, month-end closing.
• Maintain client account transactions, auditing, statutory and others.
• Perform day to day financial accounting functions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports.
• Handle statutory financial statements.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
