Job summary

AMOREPACIFIC MALAYSIA is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to support the Finance Department with accounting, administrative tasks and tax compliance. The role requires a Bachelor's or Professional degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking and 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in SAP and MS Office, with strong English communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential. The successful candidate will handle accounts payable/receivable, assist in month-end

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or professional degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, verify documents, and ensure timely payments.
• Prepare and send customer invoices; follow up on outstanding payments.
• Record daily financial transactions in accounting software and perform reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and forecasts.
• Support tax filings and compliance (GST/SST) and audit data preparation.
• Contribute to month-end/ year-end closing processes.
