Job summary

PLUS XNERGY SERVICES SDN. BHD. is seeking an Account Executive/Senior Account Executive to manage accounts payable, process invoices and payments, and ensure timely, accurate information.

You will handle full sets of accounts, prepare monthly management accounts with analytical review, assist in timely stakeholder reports, contribute to audits and tax matters, and support e-invoicing compliance. Ad-hoc tasks may be assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• Academic Qualification: Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• Experiences: At least 2-3 years of related working experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable including processing invoices and payments.
• Prepare monthly management accounts with analytical review.
• Assist in preparation of timely reports for stakeholders.
• Assist in audit and tax matters.
• Assist in ensuring effective internal control procedures and compliance with accounting standards, company policies and statutory requirements.
• Manage and support e-invoicing processes and compliance.
• Ad-hoc assignment as and when requested by the Management.
