Job summary

H99 PROPERTY SDN BHD is seeking a responsible Senior Account Executive to manage the company's accounting operations and ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

The role covers the full spectrum of accounting functions, monthly and management reporting, and liaison with auditors and regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a diploma/degree in accounting or finance, at least 5 years of experience, and strong knowledge of Malaysia e-Invoicing system.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: at least 5 years in accounting.
• Ability to handle full set of accounts independently.
• Familiarity with SQL Accounting Software.
• Experience in audit coordination and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Malaysia e-Invoicing system is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, and General Ledger.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, management reports, and account reconciliations.
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of financial transactions.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.
• Assist in year-end closing and audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Manage and implement e-Invoicing processes in accordance with LHDN requirements.
• Monitor cash flow and support financial planning when required.
