Jobinmalaysia is seeking an Accounts Executive/Senior Accounts Executive in Malaysia to handle day-to-day accounting operations and updates to accounts transactions. The role emphasizes accuracy in bank and HDA accounts, and timely balance sheet reconciliations, with exposure to inter-company processes and audit support.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, proficiency in MS Office, and a solid grasp of accounting principles.

Formación

• 3–4 years of relevant working experience (preferably in Property Development/Construction).
• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, finance or a professional qualification.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, etc.).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Experience with HDA Act is beneficial.
• Knowledge of property development accounts, withdrawal of HDA accounts and stage billing is a plus.
• Accounts Executive position may be offered to candidates with lesser experience.

Responsabilidades

• Update accounts transactions accordingly.
• Perform day-to-day accounting operations.
• Update and monitor current bank accounts, HDA accounts and daily cash positions.
• Conduct regular balance sheet reconciliations, including inter-company transactions.
• Assist in audit matters, e.g., prepare and provide documents to auditors to ensure a smooth audit.
• Update all creditors’ bills accurately; liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary, stakeholders, etc.

Role Overview :

• Minimum 3 to 4 year(s) of relevant working experience is required for this position (preferably with Property Development / Construction industry)
• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, finance or a professional qualification.
• Proficiency in MS Office package (Excel. etc)
• Strong sense of accounting principles.
• Experience and knowledge in HDA Act is beneficial.
• Knowledge in property development accounts / Withdrawal of HDA acc / understanding of stage billing will be an added advantage.
• Position of Accounts Executive shall be offered to candidates with lesser experiences.

Job Requirements:
