Job summary

GLOBAL PETS SDN. BHD. is seeking a Senior Accounts Assistant / Accounts Assistant to perform monthly reconciliations of AP and AR, investigate discrepancies, and ensure payment compliance with approvals and documentation.

The role includes supporting AR functions and assisting the supervisor with daily accounting tasks. A minimum of 1 year in the field and transport is required to be based at Taman Perling, Johor.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in the related field is required.
• Good understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work at Taman Perling and own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly reconciliations of AP and AR accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure all payments comply with approval and proper documentation.
• Assist on AR functions and support the supervisor in daily accounting tasks.
• Handle ad-hoc finance tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
