• Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping operations.
• Process invoices, receipts, payments and payment vouchers.
• Maintain and update accurate accounting and financial records.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Perform data entry, filing and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly financial reporting and account closing.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers.
• Coordinate and provide support for external audits to ensure compliance with statutory and certification requirements.
• Undertake any other duties as directed by management.
