Shunda Electronic Trading Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage the company’s accounting, taxation, payroll and financial operations. You will handle full sets of accounts, prepare statements, manage payroll, and ensure compliance with Malaysian regulations.

The role requires Mandarin proficiency and strong English communication, with at least 3 years' experience, high integrity, and the ability to work independently while safeguarding confidential

We are looking for an experienced, responsible and trustworthy finance professional to manage our company's overall accounting, taxation, payroll and financial operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of company accounts and daily accounting records.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Handle corporate tax planning, tax filing and submissions.
• Manage monthly payroll and salary calculations.
• Handle EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB submissions.
• Monitor company cash flow, income and expenses.
• Manage financial records and ensure proper documentation.
• Identify opportunities to reduce operating costs and improve financial efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting and tax regulations.
• Provide financial advice to management to maximise company profitability and protect the company's interests.

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin and good communication skills in English.
• Strong sense of responsibility, honesty and integrity.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience preferred.
• Able to independently handle full sets of accounts.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian taxation and accounting regulations.
• Familiar with LHDN, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.
• Experienced in payroll management and tax filing.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to work independently.
• Able to maintain strict confidentiality of company financial information.
• Proactive in identifying financial risks and cost-saving opportunities.
