Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management, account management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles within engineering, environmental, or water-related sectors.
• Ability to prepare clear proposals, tenders, presentations, and commercial documentation.
• Solid organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to technical and financial details.
• Comfortable working on-site and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with standard office tools and CRM or sales tracking systems.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; experience may substitute qualification.
• Prior consulting or project-based experience is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals and quotations and coordinate with technical and engineering teams.
• Track project progress and ensure deliverables meet client expectations and contractual requirements.
• Identify new business opportunities and support tender submissions.
• Maintain accurate sales and account records and provide regular pipeline reporting.
• Participate in client meetings and site visits with internal stakeholders.
• Adhere to company policies and standards in client engagements.
