TETANGGA AKRAB SDN BHD is hiring Senior Account Executive & Account Executive in Kuching. You will manage full sets of accounts, prepare monthly management reports, and ensure timely closing and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting roles.
• Familiarity with accounting systems and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of general accounts including ledgers, bank reconciliations, payables and receivables, month-end closing, and statutory reports.
• Prepare monthly management reports with financial analysis.
• Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist with audits and tax queries, and liaise with auditors, tax agents, IRB and authorities as required.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and statements, investigate discrepancies, and maintain filing systems.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
