Job summary

You will manage a portfolio of client accounts, deliver monthly management accounts and financial reports, and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and the company secretary to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or higher and at least 3 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly/quarterly management accounts and financial reports.
• Ensure timely closing of accounts and meeting reporting deadlines.
• Prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary.
• Assist in year-end closing and financial statement preparation.
• Review SST/E-invoicing workings.
• Handle client enquiries and provide accounting support/advice.
• Supervise and guide junior account executives and assistants.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Assist in process improvement and internal workflow efficiency.
• Support ad-hoc assignments as assigned by management.
