Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Accounts professional to oversee full accounting operations, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards and SST.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 3 years of relevant experience, and is proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with performance bonuses and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience handling full set of accounts preferred
• Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of SST, e-Invoicing and local regulations advantageous
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage full set accounting operations accurately and in a timely manner
• Prepare financial reports, management accounts, and cash flow forecasts
• Ensure full compliance with Malaysian accounting standards, tax regulations, SST and E-invoicing requirements
• Utilize accounting software and Microsoft Excel to analyze financial data and streamline workflows
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain strong internal controls and organizational efficiency
