Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably with an audit background.
• Experience in property investment and management is an advantage.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, receivable, GL, and reconciliations.
• Oversee daily financial operations and closing activities.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements.
• Mentor junior accounting staff.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and external stakeholders.
• Handle ad hoc financial tasks as needed.
