Job summary

TEO F&B SDN BHD is seeking an Account & Finance Executive to manage financial operations, accounting functions and provide financial analysis to support business decisions in Malaysia.

You will prepare full sets of accounts and management reports, oversee budgets, cash flow, and statutory reporting, while ensuring compliance and timely submissions. The role includes benefits such as EPF/SOCSO/EIS contributions, medical and annual leave, and meal/food allowances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a similar degree.
• Preferably more than 2-3 years of experience in related field.
• Proficient in SQL system.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of accounts and management reports on a timely basis.
• Prepare bank reconciliation.
• Manage fixed asset transactions.
• Prepare and oversee budgets and financial forecasts.
• Plan, manage and monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient cash is maintained for payments.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Ensure all management, consolidated account and statutory reporting submissions are completed on a timely and accurate basis.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Provide financial analysis and advice to senior management.
