Job summary

Great Wall Motors in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior Executive for Accessories Product Management to lead market research, planning and lifecycle management of vehicle accessories. You will coordinate with Product, Sales, Marketing and Aftersales teams to ensure successful launches and portfolio optimization across models.

You will analyze market data, define pricing and positioning, and support sales initiatives while maintaining strong communication with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Solid market research and data analysis abilities.
• Experience in automotive accessories, product management or planning is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work across multiple departments and translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify customer needs and trends.
• Develop accessories product strategies and plans aligned with vehicle positioning.
• Support planning, development and introduction of new accessories.
• Manage end-to-end product processes including launch preparation and lifecycle.
• Coordinate specifications, pricing, positioning and timelines for market intro.
• Monitor performance and optimize the accessories portfolio based on feedback.
