Job summary

You will coordinate with OEMs, manage cost targets, and ensure compliance with JPJ, MIROS, and SIRIM, while aligning with market needs and pricing strategies. This role demands strong PM and cross-functional collaboration.

• Drive vehicle localisation initiatives to meet cost and policy requirements.
• Coordinate with OEM/principal on technical specifications, engineering changes, and product adaptation.
• Manage full vehicle homologation process in Malaysia (JPJ, MIROS, SIRIM, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety, and environmental standards.
• Liaise with internal teams and external authorities.
• Track project timelines to ensure successful product launch.
• Support costing and business case development for new models and localisation.
• Monitor policy changes and industry regulations impacting product strategy.

• Drive vehicle localisation initiatives (nuts, components, suppliers) to meet cost and policy requirements.


• Coordinate with OEM/principal on technical specifications, engineering changes, and product adaptation.


• Manage full vehicle homologation process in Malaysia (JPJ, MIROS, SIRIM, etc.).


• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety, and environmental standards.


• Liaise with internal teams (engineering, purchasing, marketing) and external authorities.


• Track project timelines to ensure successful product launch.


• Support costing and business case development for new models and localisation.


• Monitor policy changes and industry regulations impacting product strategy.
