Job summary

CARSOME is seeking an Executive – Vendor Management to support daily 3PL transport operations, PUSPAKOM inspections coordination, and documentation accuracy. The role ensures smooth vehicle movements, monitors vendor performance, and schedules inspection appointments in line with regulator standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in logistics, strong Excel and CMS familiarity, and the ability to work with multiple internal teams to maintain up-to-date vendor records and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, transport coordination, or vendor support roles.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, CMS, ERP, or transport management systems; basic understanding of 3PL operations and vehicle transport.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule vehicle pickups and deliveries across intra and inter-region movements.
• Monitor movement tasks for 3PL vendors based on location, availability, and vehicle type.
• Track all vehicle movements via apps, Sheets, or CMS to ensure on-time handover and arrivals.
• Communicate with vendors regarding movement instructions, status, and special handling requests.
• Liaise with branches, yards, fleet, or route planners to confirm unit readiness before movements.
• Assist onboarding by collecting vendor documentation (insurance, etc.).
• Ensure vendor information is filed and updated in ERP, CMS, and CMS/TMS systems.
• Follow up with vendors for DOs and signed documents; monitor contract renewals.
