Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field required.
• Experience in semiconductor test development or manufacturing test environments.
• Familiarity with ATE platforms and test program development.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate testability circuits and test flows for new products.
• Evaluate ATE platforms and develop production test programs and data analysis methods.
• Collaborate with design, DFx, product development, fab, and manufacturing groups to enable ramp and yield optimization.
