Job summary

• Experience in semiconductor test development, product engineering, or manufacturing test environments.

• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive testability and manufacturability of ICs from feasibility to production ramp.
• Develop, validate test flows and methodologies for new products.
• Collaborate with process development, fab, factory, and manufacturing groups for post-silicon ramp.
• Perform ATE device characterization and yield analysis to define datasheet specs.
• Drive DFx/DFD/DFM features to enable efficient production testing.
