Job summary

Power Integrations in Malaysia seeks an experienced Product Engineer to drive Final Test yield improvement, reduce lot-on-hold events, and elevate quality across OSAT sites. You will apply strong analytics and semiconductor process knowledge to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

You will lead data-driven root-cause investigations for Final Test excursions, optimize test limits to minimize false alarms, and work with Test Engineering, Operations, Quality, FAB, and assembly to sustain

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics & Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields.
At least 2 years in Product, Test, or Yield Engineering.
Familiar with ATE systems (TMT, ETS, Teradyne).
Advanced analytics using JMP or Minitab.
Experience with DOE, FMEA, 8D, fishbone, and data correlation.
Proven multi-site problem solving and structural improvements.
Familiar with automotive quality requirements or power SiC or GaN.

Responsibilities

Drive final test yield improvement and data-driven corrective actions.
Lead root-cause analyses for final test excursions and implement fixes.
Collaborate with FA, Quality, Operations, FAB, and Assembly to ensure stability.
Monitor post-implementation results and sustain gains.
Support customer audits and return investigations.
