• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 3+ years of analog and/or RF product development experience.
• Experience developing and debugging software for automated test solutions and ATE.
• Hands-on debugging and validation of circuit functionality and performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate analog and RF IC testability features aligned with design requirements and industry benchmarks.
• Collaborate with design teams to implement design-for-test (DFT) features and optimize production test strategies.
• Debug and refine software for automated test equipment and design validation flows.
• Perform correlation studies between ATE and design validation to root cause issues.
• Characterize circuits for power and thermal performance to meet datasheet standards.
