Brooks Automation Malaysia SDN. BHD. is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to build and lead the greenfield semiconductor manufacturing plant in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

This role reports to the Operations Management organization and will oversee strategic planning, sourcing, logistics, and continuous improvement to support growth objectives. Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain or related field with 15+ years leadership experience.
• Deep semiconductor supply-chain knowledge including procurement and logistics.
• Proven track record leading supply-chain teams and delivering measurable results.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills with ability to align activities with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business growth, customer demand, and operational objectives.
• Lead procurement and strategic sourcing, including supplier localization, cost reduction, and long-term contracts.
• Oversee demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, capacity planning, and material availability.
• Establish and monitor supplier relationships with KPI scorecards and drive corrective actions and risk mitigation.
