Job summary

You will coordinate with Quality, Engineering and Logistics to optimize resources, generate metrics, and drive continuous improvement in a rotating shift environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in a supervisory role in semiconductor/high-tech manufacturing.
• Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, cleanroom protocols, scheduling and quality control.
• Experience with semiconductor fabrication equipment, automated production systems, and calibration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production team to meet output, quality and efficiency targets.
• Oversee operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of production equipment.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering and Logistics to align resources with schedules.
• Maintain production records and generate daily/weekly reports on key metrics.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste and improve quality.
• Monitor workflow, allocate resources and optimize production schedules.
• Enforce health, safety and environmental standards in the production area.
• Coach and mentor a team of operators and manage performance reviews.
• Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
