Job summary

Bosch Malaysia is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead and supervise a production team on the Penang site. You will drive daily operations, ensure targets are met, and collaborate with engineering, logistics and QA to optimize workflows.

The role requires 5–10 years' manufacturing experience, a Diploma in Electrical & Electronics or Semiconductors, and strong leadership and communication skills. We offer a competitive package and benefits.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Solid knowledge of production processes and quality standards.
Proficiency with production management software and data analysis tools.
Understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
Able to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

To lead and supervise a team of operators and technicians on the production line.
To perform Daily Leadership Routine (DLR) meetings with respective team.
To perform eLPC on the first day of each shift.
To lead daily handshake meetings with other shifts.
To ensure all team members are trained according to work instructions.
To monitor production flow to ensure efficiency and productivity.
To communicate with other departments (Logistics, Equipment Engineer, Products Engineer, etc.) and coordinate production needs.
Identify areas for process improvement to increase productivity.
Trigger technicians/engineers in the event of non-conformities.
