Job summary

Sanmina-SCI Systems (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (Technoplex Penang) is seeking a Production Planner to plan and coordinate the full production cycle, ensuring CTB readiness and line capacity alignment. You will monitor build schedules, manage resources, and communicate progress to customers and internal teams.

The role requires a degree in a related field and 2–4 years in manufacturing planning, with strong Excel and ERP skills, and excellent collaboration abilities across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing planning or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency with MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules, coordinates and monitors production through the full cycle.
• Develops production plans based on CTB and line capacity.
• Monitors ship dates and informs customers accordingly.
• Communicates with operations and other departments to optimize productivity.
• Attends daily/weekly meetings to track progress and adjust schedules.
• Plans manpower, equipment, and materials to meet demand and balance loads.
