Job summary

Brooks Automation Malaysia is seeking an Operations Program Manager to coordinate and manage projects and programs across a new Johor Bahru factory, driving efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

You will lead cross-functional teams, align manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain, and ensure on-time delivery, safety, and compliance to meet customer expectations and company growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of Program or Project management experience in Semiconductor/high-tech manufacturing.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational planning for new, transfers and customer orders.
• Translate customer orders into executable factory and supply chain plans.
• Drive schedule adherence and proactively resolve blocking issues.
• Track KPIs, analyze production metrics, and report progress to the Operations Director.
