Job summary

Keteca Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales & Service Engineer in Kuala Lumpur to provide technical support, installation, troubleshooting and maintenance for semiconductor customers. You will work with the sales and technical teams to deliver reliable service and build customer relationships.

The role requires travel to customer sites, strong communication, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude to learn and grow in the semiconductor industry.

Qualifications

Experience in semiconductor wafer sawing / dicing is highly preferred.
Candidates with semiconductor industry experience as a Technician or Engineer are also welcome to apply.
Experience in semiconductor equipment, process, or servicing is an advantage.
Willing to travel for customer support.
Hardworking, responsible, willing to learn, and a good team player.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and service support to semiconductor customers.
Equipment installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and evaluation.
Support sales activities and develop good customer relationships.
Work closely with our sales and technical team.
