Responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships and ensure performance against requirements.
• Lead integrated facilities management team for cleanroom HVAC, chillers, electrical systems.
• Plan staffing levels and allocate IFM resources including overtime.
• Conduct inspections and prepare financial/variance reports.
• Prepare operating budgets and cost center reports.
• Oversee invoice processing and cost coding.
• Provide supervision, development, and performance reviews.
