Job summary

Lam Research International Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Manager in Malaysia to lead a team of engineers in developing, implementing and maintaining operation methods and processes for semiconductor fabrication.

You will work across functions to resolve technical and production challenges and drive excellence in product design and manufacturing. The role requires a strong background in engineering management, hands-on leadership, and experience with wafer fabrication equipment,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field with strong leadership skills is required.
• Experience leading and scaling engineering/manufacturing teams in a high-customization production environment.
• Strong analytical skills including statistical analysis and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead a manufacturing engineering organization in a dynamic, multi-product, multi-factory, global company.
• Oversee deployment of new processes and modules, ensuring safety, quality, cost efficiency and productivity deliverables.
• Collaborate across suppliers, design engineering and pilot manufacturing to resolve process and assembly issues.
