Job summary

Stratus Automation Sdn Bhd in Penang leads cost-effective AMHS and ASRS solutions for the semiconductor industry. We are seeking a Sales Manager to develop and execute aggressive sales strategies in the fab market, building alliances with top-tier fabs, OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.

You will align customer requirements with technical capabilities, lead negotiations for multi-million-dollar contracts, mentor junior sales engineers, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to drive business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in technical sales in semiconductor/automation/manufacturing.
• Experience managing key accounts and closing high-value deals.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a technical sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies tailored to the semiconductor fab market.
• Lead partnerships with top-tier fabs, OEMs, and Tier 1 suppliers.
• Negotiate high-value multi-million contracts.
• Ensure proposals meet customer requirements while maximizing profitability.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align solutions with demand.
• Provide strategic input for product roadmap based on customer feedback and market intelligence.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer insights.
• Deliver technical presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Support the sales team with in-depth technical knowledge and guidance during bidding and project scoping.
• Report on sales performance, forecasts, and key business development opportunities.
• Mentor and guide junior sales engineers as needed.
