Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte. Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Semicon Engineer for Advanced Packing/TCB to lead assembly and testing of complex modules with high precision. The role requires 3–5 years of semiconductor experience in mechanical, electrical, vacuum and pneumatic systems, working at Serangoon North.

Shifts available include AM, Noon and Night, with OT and alternate Saturdays. Salary offers up to SGD 4,800 basic plus AWS, VB, and overtime benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma and above in Engineering/ Electronics field.
• 3–5 years of semiconductor experience with mechanical, electrical, vacuum and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead assembly and testing activities for complex modules with high precision.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across mechanical, electrical, vacuum and pneumatic subsystems.
• Review and optimize work instructions, test procedures and assembly processes.
• Ensure MES data integrity to support performance improvements.
• Provide coaching and on‑the‑job training to trainees and juniors.
• Support new production introduction and process validations.
• Maintain strict safety and adherence to protocols.

Semicon Engineer - Advanced Packing / TCB

Semicon MNC. Up to SGD 4,800 Basic + AWS + VB. Permanent.

Location: Serangoon North (Singapore).

Working Hours: Mon to Fri + Alternate Saturday + OT (Up to 40 to 60 hours).

Salary: Up to $4,800 Basic + AWS + VB + $15 per noon shift + $25 per night shift + OT Payable.

Shift Options

• AM Shift: Monday to Friday 6.45 am to 3.15 pm, Alternate Saturday 6.45 am to 3.15 pm (with 45 minutes break in between)
• Noon Shift: Monday to Friday 2.45 pm to 11.15 pm, Alternate Saturday 2.45 pm to 11.15 pm (with 45 minutes break in between)
• Night Shift: Monday to Friday 10.45 pm to 7.15 am, Alternate Saturday 10.45 pm to 7.15 am (with 45 minutes break in between)

Responsibilities and Job Scope

Lead assembly and testing activities for complex modules and systems with high precision requirements.

Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across mechanical, electrical, vacuum and pneumatic systems.

Review and optimize work instructions, test procedures and assembly processes.

Ensure data integrity and analysis of MES data to support performance improvement.

Provide technical guidance, coaching and on job training to trainees / juniors.

Support new production introduction, engineering change, qualification builds and process validation.

Maintain strict compliance with safety protocols and safe work practices.

Support cross-training across product lines as directed.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and above in any Engineering / Electronics related field
• Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in semiconductor industry and experienced in mechanical, electrical, vacuum and pneumatic systems.
