Job summary

Semicon MNC is seeking an Equipment Build & Test Engineer to lead assembly and testing of complex modules with high precision. You will diagnose issues across mechanical, electrical, vacuum and pneumatic systems and optimize procedures.

The role supports new production introductions and process validations, with emphasis on data integrity and MES analysis. Based in Singapore, the position offers a permanent contract and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma and above in engineering/electronics-related field.
• 3–5 years of semiconductor industry experience.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, vacuum and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead assembly and testing activities for complex modules and systems with high precision requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across mechanical, electrical, vacuum and pneumatic systems.
• Review and optimize work instructions, test procedures and assembly processes.
