Kanry Search is recruiting for a Technician in Malaysia for a global semiconductor equipment environment. The role involves assembling mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and robotic components, wiring and calibration to strict standards.

Qualified candidates have a diploma in engineering and 5+ years in assembly with exposure to semiconductor equipment. The position follows a 5-day work week with shifts, AWS, bonus and allowances.

Formación

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related Engineering field.
• Candidates with SPM/STPM or equivalent may be considered with at least 5 years of relevant assembly experience.
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in equipment, machine or technical assembly.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and robotic components for machines and equipment.
• Perform wiring, component installation, alignment and basic calibration.
• Follow engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, BOMs and work instructions during assembly.
• Use hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches and measuring equipment correctly.
• Inspect completed assembly work and report any defects, incorrect parts or technical issues.
• Update production progress and records in the company system.
• Follow cleanroom, ESD, safety and quality procedures.
• Maintain good 5S practices and support other production activities when required.

Basic Up to RM 3,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus + 15 days AL + RM300 fixed transport allowance + Meal card (RM7.70 meal value per day) + Shift allowance (RM5 AM/Noon shifts; RM9 PM shifts) + OT

Key responsibilities

Assemble mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and robotic components for machines and equipment.

Perform wiring, component installation, alignment and basic calibration.

Follow engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, BOMs and work instructions during assembly.

Use hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches and measuring equipment correctly.

Inspect completed assembly work and report any defects, incorrect parts or technical issues.

About you
