Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical skills (proficiency in Google Sheets is required).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Team player with the drive to outperform KPIs.
• Experience in e-commerce, account management, or seller operations would be an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Seller Onboarding & Management: Engage, educate, and support sellers in adopting FBS.
• Issue Resolution: Address seller concerns and escalation issues to relevant teams.
• Business Planning & Analysis: Monitor seller performance, optimize operations, and drive order growth.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to improve fulfillment efficiency.
