Job summary

Convergint Asia Pacific is seeking a Project Manager to oversee security equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and programming per Convergint standards. You will ensure project quality and high client satisfaction, coordinating with subcontractors and site teams.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s in Electronics/Computer/Automation Engineering and at least 5 years in security projects, with knowledge of access control, CCTV and alarm systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer or Automation Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant security project experience.
• Basic IT knowledge in security hardware, network and database.
• Experience with security access control, CCTV and alarm systems.
• Exposure to Lenel, GE, Cisco and S2 is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Customer-focused with quick learning ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects per company policy and client satisfaction.
• Prepare projects: scheduling, budget review, sales order, kick-off.
• Lead site meetings; distribute minutes; coordinate with client.
• Hand over to internal team and client.
• Manage project team and subcontractors.
