Job summary

Konsultan Khidmat Setia is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead security teams at our Batu Caves site in Selangor. You will supervise guards, coordinate responses to incidents, and ensure strict adherence to protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in security services with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Valid security licence and relevant certifications.
• Experience in managing security personnel and coordinating security operations.
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to obtain first aid certification.
• Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage security personnel on assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to security protocols and procedures.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies and alarms, coordinating appropriate action and documenting all occurrences.
• Prepare comprehensive incident reports and maintain accurate security logs and records.
• Provide training and guidance to security staff on security procedures, emergency protocols and customer service standards.
• Liaise with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary.
• Conduct inspections and audits of security measures and recommend improvements.
• Manage access control systems and maintain visitor logs and entry records.

We are seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to join KONSULTAN KHIDMAT SETIA on a full-time basis. This is a key leadership position based in Batu Caves, Selangor, where you will oversee security operations and ensure the safety and protection of personnel, assets and facilities. As a Security Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment, managing security personnel, and implementing security protocols across all operational areas. Key responsibilities

What we're looking for

• Valid security licence and relevant security certifications or credentials
• Proven experience in managing security personnel and coordinating security operations
• Strong knowledge of security systems, CCTV technology and access control systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams
• Sound judgment and the ability to make decisions quickly in high-pressure situations
• Physical fitness and ability to perform duties that may require standing for extended periods
• Attention to detail and strong organisational capabilities
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• A valid driving licence is advantageous
• First aid certification or willingness to obtain certification is preferred
