Job summary

SAIFORCE SECURITY SERVICES SDN. BHD' in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Operation Executive to support the smooth running of our security operations. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will handle administrative and coordination tasks to ensure our services are delivered efficiently.

The role requires leadership, strong communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and the ability to manage incidents, plan deployments, and supervise security personnel across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily security operations across all assigned client sites.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate deployment of security guards (armed & unarmed) to ensure adequate coverage.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor guard performance, attendance, discipline, and compliance with SOP.
• Handle recruitment, briefing, and training coordination for new security personnel.
• Maintain strong communication with clients to address operational needs, feedback, and service issues.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and security breaches; prepare detailed incident reports.
• Ensure all operational activities comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and manage security equipment (CCTV, patrol devices, access control systems) and report any faults.
• Prepare operational reports, deployment summaries, and manpower updates for management.
• Support planning and coordination for special operations such as event security, VIP protection, cash-in-transit, or surveillance operations.
• Assist in continuous improvement of operational processes and service quality.

As an Operation Executive at SAIFORCE SECURITY SERVICES SDN. BHD', you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of our operations. This full-time position is based in Kuala Lumpur, where you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and coordination tasks to ensure our security services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

Able to work under pressure, handle emergencies, and make quick decisions.

Willing to travel to various sites and work irregular hours when required.

Strong organizational skills, discipline, and high responsibility.
