Job summary

Kami Security Services is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations at our Raub site. The role requires leading a team, planning security measures, and maintaining CCTV and access controls to protect people and assets.

Strong English communication and integrity are essential. Responsibilities include risk assessment, policy implementation, incident reporting, and collaboration with local authorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in security or surveillance.
• Experience in security operations management, including planning, implementation, and monitoring.
• Skilled in conducting risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies.
• Familiar with surveillance systems (CCTV) and the latest security technologies.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to lead and manage a security team.
• High level of integrity with a good disciplinary record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security personnel to ensure the safety and security of the premises, personnel, and assets.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to mitigate risks and respond effectively to emergencies.
• Conduct regular inspections and patrols of the facility to identify potential security hazards, vulnerabilities, and breaches.
• Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control, to detect and deter unauthorized activities.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of security staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and operational guidelines.
• Investigate security incidents, accidents, and policy violations, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.
• Liaise with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary, coordinating responses to critical incidents.
• Manage the scheduling and deployment of security personnel to ensure adequate coverage across all shifts and areas.
• Maintain accurate records of security activities, incident reports, and personnel logs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations, laws, and company policies.
