Job summary

Mastercard Malaysia is seeking a Manager, SSO Malaysia Product Lead to own the complete SSO product and solution suite in the market. You will work closely with the Malaysia Country Team, Asia Pacific Regional Product team and cross-functional groups to ensure timely support, rollout, and alignment with regional strategies.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact in the Malaysia Market for SSO product and solutions related queries from customers and the account management team.
• Foster and maintain partnerships with stakeholders to gather feedback, drive product improvement and successful rollout of solutions.
• Be the voice of the Malaysia market to Regional Product teams and provide insights for product development, GTM tailoring and messaging.
• Monitor monthly finance reports for SEA West product revenue performance, analyze deviations/risks and communicate with stakeholders.
• Devise and implement strategies for product rollout and drive adoption for newly launched products.
• Support market communication, awareness and safety narratives.
• Demonstrate thought-leadership and strong project management skills in integration of technology into new product and service solutions.
